Connie's Story
Married for 19 years will be 20 in Dec. I have Five girls and 1 son. 3 have grad school. The oldest daughter is in the Army national guard and attending the University of North alabama. When she completes her studies she will become an officer and she is still deciding is she will stay guard or go active duty. My second daughter is married and has a son and he is sooooo much like his mom (she is being paid back and then some with him) even if he is just three. The other has been out of school for a year now and she has tried college and decided it wasn't her cup of tea started working full time and now wants to go back to school and get the degree she thought was not for her.. the cell phone and most of the time the house is full of all my son's friends. (they have made me mom and swear they are moving in the house soon). Then I start one in kindergarten this year and she is 5 going on 16.
I went back to school last year and finished my first year of college. (would of been easier before the family), but all good things comes to those who wait. I am doing my life in reverse so to speak.. I have to make my mind up between an associates degree in nursing or a bachelors degree. The pay is no different in the area, the difference is in management or not. leaning to the not don't want all the headaches that comes with the position. So I will return to school next month and tackle the math that I hated in High School and just know I will hate in college also.
